When you submit a reservation request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, trip details and any notes or accommodation requirements you choose to share.

How we use it

Information is used to arrange and confirm transportation, communicate about your trip, and maintain records of reservations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Trip details may be shared with the transportation provider assigned to your reservation, limited to what is necessary to complete the trip.

SMS Communications

DriveWize is operated by Briley Enterprises LLC. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from DriveWize, the messages are sent by Briley Enterprises LLC doing business as DriveWize. We may send transactional messages related to your transportation reservation, including reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, driver information, schedule changes, service notifications, and customer service communications.

Message frequency varies depending on your reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS messages or reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using DriveWize transportation services.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate the DriveWize transportation, reservation, communication, and messaging services requested by the customer.
